Exciting News!
Solano Affordable Housing Foundation (SAHF) is honored to rename the Clare Ficklin Memorial Scholarship to the Ficklin Robertson Scholarship, recognizing the incredible contributions of Viola Robertson alongside Clare Ficklin. This scholarship is open to qualifying high school graduates in Solano County.
Viola recently retired from the SAHF Board after years of dedicated service as the Executive Director of the Benicia Community Action Council, where she has made a lasting impact on the lives of many in our community.
To honor her legacy, we have expanded the scholarship’s eligibility to now include Social Work majors, in addition to Pre-Veterinary Medicine and Business Administration. This scholarship offers up to $6,000 to eligible high school graduates pursuing higher education.
